2025-June OneDrive Quotas All Microsoft 365 products now use shared storage and OneDrive quotas are implemented to manage OneDrive resources. Default quotas: Staff & Retirees=20GB, Students=10GB, Others=1GB If you are within 5% or if your limit and need an increase, please review and delete unneeded content and consider moving departmental files to SharePoint. If you’re nearing your limit (within 5%), or if you need an increase, please submit a request using this form.
UMS:IT is initiating the final phases for Required Windows 11 Upgrades on all institutional devices. User’s should now be receiving Targeted emails and Windows pop-up notices from UMS:IT with information, support sites, and next steps. August 1, 2025 UMS:IT begins auto-upgrading eligible and compatible devices prior to the Microsoft end-of-support in October, 2025. Please review Windows 11 Upgrade Process FAQ
