MaineStreet HCM (Employee/Manager Self Service) will be unavailable from April 4, 2025, 4:00 PM to April 6, 2025, 12:00 PM for a required upgrade to PeopleTools 8.60. This upgrade ensures vendor support, enhanced security, a modern interface, and improved compatibility, aligning HCM’s appearance with Campus Solutions. Thorough testing has been conducted, and a rollback plan is in place if needed.

PaperCut Student Printing

Student Printing Funds: You are issued a $16.00 credit that your student printing is charged to. You start with a balance of $0.00 and your funds have been depleted when your balance reaches -$16.00. Your printing would be charged to your Black Bear Bucks at that time. You can view your balance through eAccounts on the Campus Portal or the eAccounts App on your mobile device.

You can print to any student accessible Xerox Unit on campus with the PaperCut printing client.
Printer Locations: Dorward Hall, Merrill Library, Powers Hall – 2nd floor, Student Study Center, Torrey Hall, and the 24-Hour Room.
