In observance of Constitution Day, professor of economics Jon Reisman will moderate a live, virtual forum on the First Amendment, including discussions of hate speech, freedom of religion and Citizens United. 

Confirmed panelists include Sen. Marianne Moore and Rep. Anne Perry.

The discussion will be streamed live on the UMM Youtube channel. Viewers will have an opportunity to ask questions using the moderated chat feature.
