Danielle Pelletier

Danielle Pelletier is a Lecturer of Special Education in the Rural Education Program at the University of Maine at Machias. She teaches courses focused on special education teaching methods, program planning for students with disabilities, and positive behavioral interventions and supports. Her research interest is in special education teacher retention and attrition. Prior to joining the UMM Faculty, she taught in middle and high school special education classrooms for a decade.
In her spare time, you can find Danielle in the bleachers at a live sporting event or with her head buried in a good book.
