UMM to host annual MLK Day sing-along, Jan. 20
The University of Maine at Machias will host an informal gathering of music-making and reflection on Monday, Jan. 20 in honor of Martin Luther King Jr. Day. The free public event will be held in Powers Hall, Room 201 from 2–4 p.m.
An annual tradition at UMM since the 1980s, the Martin Luther King Jr. Sing-along is an opportunity for community members to pay tribute in song to the legacy of Dr. King and the civil rights movement.
