All full- and part-time faculty are asked to participate in a Retention Kickoff Workshop. This spring, full-time and part-time faculty are encouraged to participate in student retention improvement efforts. This introductory/kickoff session via Zoom on Thursday, 1/13, noon – 1 pm, will provide a summary of overall student retention at UMM over time. There will be several follow-up sessions scheduled throughout the semester. Please complete this survey at your earliest convenience so that we may be able to schedule follow-up events at a time when the greatest number of faculty are able to attend.
