The University of Maine Machias has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to act as its agent for verification of student enrollment and degree verification.\u00a0 \u00a0Visit the Clearinghouse online at National Student Clearinghouse<\/a>, or contact them by phone at 703.742.4200 or fax to 703.742.4239.\u00a0 Note: fees may apply when using the Clearinghouse services.<\/p>\n

Enrollment and Degree Verification is also provided by the University of Maine Machias at no charge and may be requested over the phone at 207.255.1223, via email at ummreg@maine.edu<\/a>.\u00a0 Current and recently active students may also request an Enrollment Verification via MaineStreet using the instructions provided below.<\/p>\n

Enrollment Verification Requests
\n<\/strong><\/p>\n

Include full name, student ID number, the term(s) for which the verification is being requested (i.e. Fall 2016), and the recipient\u2019s full address or fax number.<\/p>\n

MaineStreet<\/strong> \u2013 Current and recently active students may request an Enrollment Verification using the MaineStreet<\/a> Student Center.<\/p>\n

In the \u201cAcademics\u201d section of the Student Center, select the \u201cother academic\u2026\u201d drop-down and choose Enrollment Verification.<\/p>\n

\"Student<\/p>\n

If the enrollment verification does not require the signature of the Registrar,\u00a0select the \u201cAllow to Print from My Browser\u201d option.\u00a0 To have a signed verification sent, select the \u201cRequest Institution to Mail\u201d option.<\/p>\n

\"Request<\/p>\n

Verification of student enrollment is based on enrolled credits at the time the request is processed.<\/p>\n

Degree Verification<\/strong><\/p>\n

Include full name, student ID number, the month and year of graduation, and the recipient\u2019s full address or\u00a0fax number.<\/p>\n

Degree Verification for new graduates are available after degrees are posted to transcripts, approximately eight weeks after the official date of graduation.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
