Computers are setup based on a standard configuration, and user-specified applications are installed.\u00a0Support staff will make certain the new equipment is fully functional, and that the user can access resources needed to perform job responsibilities. Additionally, \u00a0data from the previous computers will be backed-up and support staff can transfer files to the new computer, Google Drive, or <a href=\"https:\/\/umaine.edu\/it\/2017\/01\/16\/announcing-box-file-storage-collaboration\/\">Box<\/a> as requested.
