Email notifications&nbsp;will be sent periodically to the student and their TouchNet authorized users&nbsp;each time a new statement is posted online.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/umaine.edu\/bursar\/user\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Click here to view instructions for setting up authorized user access (UMaine Bursar&#8217;s Office).<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>If you need to view or print a copy of your online statement please follow the instructions below.<\/p>\n<p><b>Authorized Users:<\/b> If you have been granted access as an authorized user on your student\u2019s account, please <a href=\"http:\/\/umaine.edu\/bursar\/log-in\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">log in<\/a>&nbsp;and skip to step #6.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>After logging into the MaineStreet portal, click the <b>Student Center Tile&nbsp;<\/b>link to select it.<\/li>\n<li>From the <b>Student Center<\/b>, under <b>My Account <\/b>in the Finances section, click on the <b>View My Bill link<\/b>.<\/li>\n<li>To access TouchNet\u2019s Bill+Payment suite, click the <b>VIEW BILL\/PAYMENT OPTIONS <\/b>button.<\/li>\n<li>Click the <b>Access TouchNet Bill+Payment <\/b>button.\n<ul>\n<li><b>Note:<\/b> Your browser should transfer you to the TouchNet Bill + Payment system. If your browser takes you to the TouchNet signin\/welcome page, do not attempt to enter your Student Account and PIN. You will need to delete your browser\u2019s cache (temporary internet files), close your browser, and try navigating through MaineStreet again. Once you are in MaineStreet you should be able to access TouchNet without signing in again. Also please be aware that MaineStreet uses pop-up technology. <a href=\"http:\/\/umaine.edu\/bursar\/pop-up-blockers\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">How to Disable Pop-Up Blockers (UMaine Bursar&#8217;s Office)<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Verify that U of Maine is selected in&nbsp;the <b>View account<\/b> dropdown menu.&nbsp;If it is <b>not<\/b> already selected, select it and click the <strong>View<\/strong>&nbsp;button next to the <b>View account<\/b> dropdown menu.<\/li>\n<li>Select <strong>View Statements<\/strong><b>&nbsp;<\/b>from the Statements section of the page.<\/li>\n<li>Find the statement you wish to view or print by the<b>&nbsp;Statement Date<\/b> listed, then click the <strong>View<\/strong> button under the <b>Action<\/b> column.<\/li>\n<li>For statements dated 6\/30\/2021 or earlier, you will be prompted to save the PDF. Once saved, open the file using <a href=\"https:\/\/get.adobe.com\/reader\/\">Adobe Acrobat Reader<\/a>.\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Note:<\/strong> You may get an error if this PDF file opens in a browser tab. To open it using <a href=\"https:\/\/get.adobe.com\/reader\/\">Adobe Acrobat Reader<\/a> or a similar PDF viewer, first open the folder it was downloaded to and then click to open.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>For statements dated 7\/1\/2021 or after, the statement will present in html format.
