CIGNA, the University of Maine System’s Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is providing a free webinar

Cigna EAP Webcast seminars for October 2015. EAP seminars are one hour in length with a question and answer session at the close of each topic. All seminars take place on Wednesdays at 2pm EST.
