Safety Training
American Red Cross Community Adult and Child CPR/AED Training

This 4 hour course provides individuals with the knowledge and skills necessary to recognize and provide basic care for breathing and cardiac emergencies for adults and children. Upon successful completion of the class, which includes written and practical evaluation, participants will receive American Red Cross certification. Pre-registration Required.

A body composition screening measures the percentage of fat you body has in proportionate to your lean body tissue and is a measurement of obesity. This screening takes approximately 5 minutes per participant.

Water Conditioning

Change up your normal exercise routine by hopping in the pool for a total body conditioning experience. Water conditioning is an awesome cross training option for all levels of fitness and ability. Adults Only (18 years or older).
