Added on: April 13, 2012

MACHIAS, Maine – The University of Maine at Machias’ Juried Student Art Exhibit is on display in the UMM Art Galleries through April 20. The exhibit features the work of eighteen students.

The Greg Henderson Award for Painting was awarded to Hosanna Jensen, who used acrylic on a wood panel to paint “Still Life.” Best in Show was awarded to Rachel White, who used a digital photo to capture “Emptiness.”
