MACHIAS, Maine – The University of Maine at Machias is planning a nine-day excursion to Italy in the spring of 2013 for both UMM students and interested community members. The deadline to register for the trip is December 15. |

Mary Sloan, University of Southern Maine's Graduate School Admissions Coordinator, is visiting the UMM campus on Thursday, December 6 from 12:30 - 1:30 p.m. in Torrey Hall 104 and then from 2:00-3:00 p.m. in Torrey Hall 221. The information sessions are free and open to all. Mary will discuss graduate school in general and help students in what they need to know for any graduate program. It's not too late or too early to learn about graduate program options. For more information, please contact Daniel Leland, Career Services Coordinator, at 255-1439 or daniel.leland@maine.edu. Annual UMM Community Holiday Party - Thursday, December 20, 4:00 - 6:00 p.m., Kimball Hall, Portside. There will be children's games, prizes, and cookie decorating. Finger foods served and beverages will be served. We will once again be collecting non-perishable food items during the Holiday Party to donate to the Machias Area Food Pantry. |
