Theft/Vandalism or Unauthorized Use of Property

Theft of property belonging to another person or the University is prohibited.  The destruction or unauthorized use of property (including telephone access) or equipment belonging to the University or any person is prohibited.  This includes all campus buildings, grounds, campus woods, and athletic facilities.  This also includes damage due to disorderly conduct or drunkenness.  Such theft, vandalism or unauthorized use will result in restitution for repair and/or replacement as well as disciplinary action.  Practical jokes that lead to property damage, personal injury, or the invasion of individual privacy are prohibited.  Students involved in the misconduct will be subject to disciplinary action and possible dismissal.
