Fall 2012

Spring 2013

 

  • The committee shall meet three times during fall semester (September, October, November) and three times during spring semester (February, March, April).  Additional meetings shall be called as deemed necessary by the president or a majority of the voting membership
  • Meetings shall be chaired by either the president or the president's designee.
  • The President's Office shall be responsible for scheduling meetings, building agendas and distributing them in advance, and maintaining all records and correspondence of the committee, as well as ensuring that accurate minutes are maintained of all meetings and actions of the committee.
  • A quorum for purposes of conducting business shall be six of the nine voting members.
