UMM Students Plan Upcoming Running and Canoe Races

MACHIAS, Maine – Students in the Environmental Recreation and Tourism Management program at the University of Maine at Machias have been busy planning two upcoming adventure races. The Machias Valley Run, which includes several road races for adults and youth, will be held Saturday, April 21. The 21st Annual East River Challenge, an exciting canoe race down the East Machias River, is set for Saturday, April 28.
