Announcement & Invitation
2013-2014 Maine GOP Internship Program
Are you interested in a hands-on political experience? The Maine Republican Party welcomes motivated students to apply for internships with our Party.
Political experience or knowledge is not a requirement for this program. The Maine GOP is looking for self-starters who are willing to work hard in a team setting. Participants will sit in on strategy meetings, gain experience with election mechanics (Voter ID, Get Out The Vote, and Absentee Ballot processes), and have regular interactions with party leadership including the Party Chairman, Executive Director, a host of elected officials from across Maine, and others.
Maine Republicans represent a wide range of views and ideologies and our vision for the future is to harness all that energy under one tent. Apply for this internship, and become a part of the movement to build a hopeful future for Maine people on the principles of individual liberty, free markets, and limited government.
Hon. Rick Bennett, Chairman, Maine GOP
