Maine Office of GIS.

Massachusetts GIS. In addition to comprehensive data for the State of Massachusetts, this site includes several data sets which are useful for other New England GIS users, including images of NOAA nautical charts and political boundary layers for all New England towns and the Atlantic Provinces.

Vermont Center for Geographic Information.

New Hampshire GRANIT. The New Hampshire Geographically Referenced Analysis and Information Transfer System (NH GRANIT) is a cooperative project to create, maintain, and make available a statewide geographic data base serving the information needs of state, regional, and local decision-makers.

Guide to Mostly On-Line and Mostly Free U.S. Geospatial and Attribute Data. This site may be overwhelming at first, but it has lots of data sources that you might not be able to find otherwise.
