Class Offerings

Classes are offered daily and may include Step Aerobics, Hi-lo, Aquacise, Total Body Conditioning, and others. There is no additional registration or fees required for Fitness Center members. Simply drop-in and enjoy your workout! Non-members may enjoy a group fitness class for $5 per class.

Class Blackout Dates

There will be no Group Fitness classes on Juy 4th, Memorial Day, Columbus Day, Thanksgiving Break, Christmas break, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, and Labor Day.

In the event of inclement weather and the University of Maine at Machias closing for the day, all group fitness classes will be cancelled.
