UMM Fitness Center - Faculty and Staff Information
Fitness Center memberships are available for all UMM employees and their immediate family members at no charge. This is a pilot program for the 2012 calendar year.
Included are access to the Fitness Center, the swimming pool, and all fitness classes during regular operating hours. (The fee for personal training sessions remains in effect.)
All paid memberships for staff and faculty, along with monthly payroll withdrawals, effectively ended on 12/31/11.
There is one small catch. To activate your free membership, you must complete this Application for Employees and Family Members - even if you have completed one in the past.
You also need to complete a copy of this Risk and Release Form for yourself and each family member included in your free membership.
Now take a few minutes to complete and submit an application, plus one risk and release for each family participant. Then join us for a few laps in the pool or a nice long jog on a treadmill, and bring your family along!
