Courses noted as (hybrid) have on-campus meetings in addition to the online component, often only 3-5 days over the course of the session. Check the complete course listing linked above to see the actual dates of the on-campus meetings.
All online courses are asynchronous; attendance is not required at any particular time of the day. However, all courses run during a specified term of time, and most courses require participation throughout the week and include course assignments with deadlines that must be met. Online computer use is required for all online courses and many others. Computers are available at centers statewide and at sites by appointment. http://www.courses.maine.edu.
